To reserve a place on a course send a deposit no later than 4 weeks before the starting date. Confirmation will be sent to the person who booked the course and paid the deposit within the stipulated time limit. The remainder of the sum due has to be paid at the start of the course. If a course is cancelled you will receive written confirmation 2 weeks before the start oft the course. Reservations till the 01.03.2012 are getting a reduction of 5%, students 20%.
