Cancellation of a participant

If 3 weeks before the start of a course a participant can not take part, the booking fee will be refunded only if another person takes their place on the course. If their place is not filled there will be no refund of booking fee.

Cancellation of course

The organiser is not liable for participant’s travel expenses or similar if the course is cancelled.  However all will be done to communicate immediately if there is going to be a cancellation.

If the tutor taking the course cancels, the organiser will reserve the right to place another tutor of the same merit on the course.

Insurance

Participants are not insured in case of an accident. Participation in any sort of excursion is at your own risk. This is also valid for the use of tools, technical instruments, sanitation equipment, or various structures in the places chosen for the courses.

It is recommended to conclude a personal insurance.
